All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of postage and packaging. There is no VAT to add or any other hidden costs. Prices are subject to change without notice, however the price displayed when you place your order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to offer the same goods for sale at offline locations (e.g. Kushinda 'Live Events') at discounted prices.

You should receive email confirmation of your order and successful payment within minutes, please get in touch at any stage if you have any concerns. Our contact details are displayed on the Contact Us page, or you may use the form provided.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods received you may return them within 30 days of receiving them, we will refund your payment and shipping costs.

Please check that all details, including details of goods ordered and your own contact details, are correct before making your payment. Once you have successfully placed an order with us you are deemed to have entered into a contract, you have the right to cancel within 30 days.
